RX 480 monitors won't turn back on after sleep mode.

For some reason, when I put my PC on sleep mode and then try to turn it on, my monitors won't turn back on. I tried to re-plug the monitors, but unfortunately, no luck. Before I plugged the RX 480, I had R9 280X and the monitors would come back on then. How do I fix this?
