Reduced performance after installing drivers and software

I buy a HP laptop model L9M11LA, CPU AMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics, Windows 10 preinstalled.

      I downgrade to Windows 7.

Then I download from amd.com this file: radeon-crimson-16.4.2-with-dotnet45-win7-64bit.exe.

I install all the features correctly.

When I restart the laptop, a noticeable delay between the keyboard and the display of characters on the screen occurs. The scrolling of pages, windows and objects on the desktop and documents given to slow and with jumps. My work in CorelDraw has become unbearable.

If I restore Windows to checkpoint, back to normal. There is no other software responsible for this drastic reduction in performance.

Therefore, I could only use the generic VGA driver windows.

What is the problem, I'm using incorrect drivers? Is there any solution?
