I've waited for almost a month to hear back on support for my CPU but have not heard anything. AMD FX-8350 is not working properly and crashes during video games and during CPU stress testing.

All I have gotten is the initial automated email when I initiated an RMA request. I have not gotten an RMA or service number yet.
I can't see any record under your email address, i would recommend submitting a new RMA.
That is very disheartening as I've already put in two (2) RMA requests. This whole process has been a nightmare.. I submitted a third RMA request just now for you.
Did you submit the rma under your email address that you used on this forum?

I've gotten a few messages that state they received my CPU and it passed inspection, that the CPU was received, and then I received an email stating that I didn't provide any feedback from a previous email (which I don't recall ever getting). Can you provide me with any information about what's going on? Thanks!
