no 1080p

AMD fx-6300 6 core

RX 460 graphics (used to be HD 7850)

Windows 7 SP1 64-bit

Radeon Software 16.9.1

I have been running an HD 7850 on my machine for 4 years and never had any issues with it trying to display 1080p60. I install the new card yesterday and download updated drivers and now it will only display 1080i30. This is problematic because it causes color issues and prevents me from choosing 1080p in game settings (like Deus Ex: MD is only allowing me to select resolutions up to 1280x768 when it would allow full 1920x1080 on my 7850). If I go to additional Radeon settings and then to HDTV support, I can check the box to add 1080p60 but it does nothing. Nothing changes.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I want to add that without the drivers installed my computer defaults to 1080p60. I have also tried different cables and such with no effect.
