I am looking to create a system that will require a graphics processor. The CPU I plan on using does not include a built-in (integrated) display controller so I need something that will bolt onto a PCIe lane (or four) and drive an LVDS panel and an external output, preferably at the same time but with different content (think multi-headed display). All of the AMD chips I have found on various distributors' sites are marked as EOL or obsolete. Does anyone have a pointer to something modern that I can actually get but is in the sub-$50 range? Something intended for embedded use would be best since they tend to have the graphic RAM already on the chip.
