Rx 480 Display Driver Crashes to Random Black Screens

Question asked by aryjiormu on Sep 5, 2016

Hello Everyone!
My name is Anthony.  I bought a PowerColor RX 480 8 GB..
My System is such..

Operating System

  Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

  AMD FX-6300

  Vishera 32nm Technology

  12.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3

MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition (MS-7693) (CPU 1)

  SyncMaster (1920x1200@60Hz)

8192MB ATI Radeon RX 480 Graphics (ATI)

465GB Western Digital WDC WD5000AAKX-221CA1 (SATA)

Now, where to start.. My Graphics used to crash my Display Drivers whenever I was idle.  Watching videos.  Or loading into games! But not while under load.
With the new driver updates though those error messages about Display Driver has been replaced by random black screens that will crash my... Web Browser, my games when loading.
When loading my Radeon Settings.  It may load for a minute.. even a couple more.  But 90% of the time opening that program will black screen and crash the program.
The trouble has definitely .. shifted.. since updating my drivers.  I've contacted customer support numerous times only to be met with a resounding.. Must be hardware!
Contact power color and am met with a resounding.. It's software! Must be driver.
Both customer support has been been pretty crappy experiences.  Even calling in to report a bug was met with a.. "Uninstall and reinstall" drivers.

I have tried using DDU and AMD's Driver Cleaning program.  Have reinstalled drivers more times then I can count.  I am posting this not for an answer.. But so maybe AMD will actually see my bugs.

My last crash created this in my Event Viewer..
