Radeon Crimson not detecting graphics driver

      Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the Radeon Crimson Software with a HD5450 card.

I upgraded from the CCC to this new Radeon settings thing but it doesn't work, so I tried to roll back it to an old driver. Now CCC isn't functioning properly. There are no options to change the power management, graphics option etc. When I installed the 16.2.1 beta crimson available from my card on the amd website, everything works out until when I run Radeon Settings. I get an error saying that I don't have a graphics card, or I need to install the driver appropriate for my product. The problem is that I don't even have a control center to use to change my graphic settings right now, both CCC and Radeon Settings aren't working.

I hope yo know what I'm talking about, if you need anything else or screen shots, let me know.

Currently I have no AMD Products installed, Uninstalled all of them.

I'm kinda a newbie at this, and I'm sure I sound like I'm talking random stuff, but any help will be appreciated.
