You don't have "dual graphics" you have switchable graphics. No one can help you unless you supply the required information > INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION
What APU (processor) version do you have?
Hello there kingfish... To be honest with you I wasn't expecting anyone to
reply to me... anyway I am really glad that I have caught someone's
attention and I will give you some of the information which you have
HP Pavilion 15
Processor: AMD A10-4655M APU with Radeon HD Graphics
Display: it says dual graphics on the notebook and even on the device
manager was saying dual graphics but not anymore.
amd radeon 7620g + 8670M HD graphics
I tried some of the drivers which are on the web, but none of them worked.
And now I can't detect my second graphic card. I am thinking it might have
burned but I am not quite sure. I tried with the autodetec driver software
but even that driver didn't work. I didn't try deleting the reg files and
then install them. Can you give some kind of guidance of what to do please?
I will try to make it work before I buy a new one. Anyway kingfish I really
thank you for your response. Thanks a lot and wish you a marry x-mas

Windows 7 and Win 8.1 should be fully updated before trying to install any AMD driver..especially the 'optional' .netframeworks and C++ upgrades. Microsoft Windows Update
Your laptop is equipped with switchable Intel/AMD graphics. In order to update the AMD driver, the Intel graphics must be the current version. Go to this Intel link, and use the Intel Driver Update Utility to find the latest graphics driver for your laptop. Download and save it to your desktop.
Download one of these AMD driver versions to your desktop. These are the last drivers to be expected > Legacy
Now delete the Intel drivers from your computer using 'uninstall a program' in the computer control panel. Do not reboot.
Uninstall the AMD drivers (AMD Install manager) from your computer using the 'uninstall a program' in the computer control panel.
Computers with Intel processors select 'express' uninstall all AMD software including the install manager.
Note: All anti-malware/anti-virus/anti-anything should be disabled during driver installation.
Now install the Intel drivers first....reboot. And lastly the AMD drivers....reboot.
NOTICE: If you do not want raptr/gaming evolved installed with your new drivers, select 'custom install' and uncheck the box for "gaming Evolved".
If you are having issues with the normal installation of the Mobility drivers, use the clean install method , making sure you install the latest Intel drivers.
I really appreciate your response.
Now I did all the updates of the windows. Even the optional ones. When I tried to install the intel driver I wasn't unable to because the intel driver installer wasn't able to detect any ''product'' according to it. And then when I went to install the AMD drivers. I tried them both and they both didn't work. It appeared error like in the attached image. I have taken couple of screenshots to see roughly what is going on. Please tell me if you need any more info. Thank you in advance.
Install the Intel graphics?
