[RX 470] Screen crash unicolor on Windows 10

Dear AMD users,

I have recently bought a brand new computer (not laptop) equipped with :

- i5 Intel processor- 8GB DDR4 RAM

- AMD Radeon RX 470 Nitro+ OC - 4GB

- Windows 10 Home edition 64 bits

Ever since the installation completed, some random (or not ?) crashes happened.

The screen gets frozen on uni-color, the color being the mean color of what was present before (often really dark gray, but i experienced purple and green too).

I thought at first that was a problem with the pre-installed AMD driver on Windows 10, so I got rid of it and installed the latest one (16.300.2511.1001, aired on 2016-08-11).

Though I could say the crashes seem to be less frequent, they still happen, and seem to be linked to some applications, with no common denominator :

- Elder Scrolls Online Launcher

- iTunes

- Notepad (the Microsoft one, not the ++)

Edit 1: when i put the computer to sleep and wake it, the screen unfreezes.

Have any among you ever exeperienced this kind of issue?

If yes, did you manage to solve it?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Regards,

iansus
