FirePro W4300 enabling fourth monitor not working

I recently put together a bare bone PC for running four monitors in a video wall solution. I'm using a FirePro W4300 for this purpose. I can't seem to enable the fourth screen in windows. I've read around the internet and most problems are about connectivity issues, shared ports, etc. I have tried all the solutions found online but to no success.

The specs of the "player" (windows 10 home edition):

Celeron Processor G3920 2.90 GHz 2MB Cache

120GB SSDNow M.2 SATA 6 Gbps Double Side

4GB Ddr4 2133 U-DIMM 1rx8

Mini Displayport To Dvi Adapter - Mini Dp To Dvi Converter

FirePro W4300 4GB Gddr5 Pci-e 3.0 16x 4x M-dp Lp Retail

Barebone Xpc Sh170r6 Black Socket 1151 Skylake ChIPSet Ddr4 Hdmi Dp 3 Video Outp

(The monitors are connected using a mini dp to dvi-d converter)

What I've tried:

Reinstalling drivers I found here http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/pages/workstation-graphics-drivers.aspx (64bit drivers for windows 10)

I unplugged the power for the problem monitor

I can activate the monitor when others are disabled.

Does anybody know about things I can try to get this working?
