Windows 10 Anniversary Update (version 1607) includes WDDM 2.1, which supports Shader Model 6.0 (mandatory for feature levels 12_0 and 12_1), and DXGI 1.5 which supports HDR10 - a 10-bit high dynamic range, wide gamut format  defined by UHDTV standards ST.2084 and Rec.2020 - and variable refresh rates.

wich amd hardware supports shader model 6.0??? causei have r7 360 feature level 12_0 ..but gpu-z says its running on shader model 5.... even all the hardware info software says that
shader model 6 shipped with windows 10 14393 which is also called the anniversary edition
this makes it 1 year late to the party, give or take when windows 10 first delivered DX12
