Clean installed drivers - warned about incompatibility with card I no longer have installed

I used to have an AMD Radeon HD 8570D installed in my computer, but it died and I replaced it with an MSI R9 380. Every time I tried to update my graphics drivers, I'd get a warning that the update was incompatible with the 8570D even though I no longer had it installed, so I decided to do a clean install of the drivers and wipe the existing AMD display drivers from my computer.

I followed this guide to do the clean install, and even after uninstalling my AMD graphics drivers (screenshot of Device Manager) I still get a warning that it's incompatible with the 8570D and that I need to uninstall all incompatible graphics cards (which I did long ago) before installing the new driver.

If there are still remnants of the 8570D lurking on my computer, how can I completely get rid of them in order to make this warning go away?
