NEW Radeon RX 460 Crashes Warcraft

I just purchased and installed a PowerColor Red Dragon Radeon RX 460 2GB.  My PC runs great until I boot up World of Warcraft.  About 10 seconds in the game crashes and I receive the error message, "Display Driver Has Stopped Responded and Has Recovered".

      Here are my system specs:

AMD Graphics Card:  PowerColor Radeon RX 460 2GB

      Operating System:  Windows 10 64bit

Driver version installed:  Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.8.1

      Display Devices:  Samsung 23A350H 23" Monitor 1920x1080

      Motherboard:  BioStar TH55B HD

      CPU/APU:  Intel i3 530 @ 2.93GHz

      RAM:  8gb

      Power Supply:  Diablotek PHD 450W

I have tried the TdrDelay (Hexadecimal 8) solution, run WoW in DirectX 9 to no avail.  The previous card (which is now back in) is an Nvidia GTX 550Ti which runs fine, just a bit slow...  I have also uninstalled using DDU, reinstalled, etc.
