    Flickering red vertical lines

    exploding_potato

I have recently built my own computer for the first time and have had a problem with my graphics card. The card in question is a ASUS STRIX-R9 390.

There are really annoying Flickering, Red, Vertical lines that appear in dark areas. These lines are bloody everywhere do not look like static but are stationary and flicker in place.

I have attempted to update the damn thing my card's drivers however no change has occurred. I've also tried hitting the piece of crap pressing on the connection encase any were loose but with the same result. Attempting to lower the temperature has had no affect also.

I really don't know what could've caused this. As I've said, this was my first time building a computer, so I could have done something stupid without knowing.
