They would just be different driver versions which Dell have repackaged from the original Catalyst drivers.

Different package of drivers sounds correct.
But after many Blue/Black Screen problems and hours of trying to rectify the issue, I was looking for an explaination regarding why the laptop worked with no issues and the suddenly the ATIKMPAG.sys issue appears.
Then the recommended AMD update and original drivers fail to resolve the problem.
The outcome may help other people with similar Blue Screen issues and recommend using different driver packages.
