R9 380x nitro working prefectly on intel dh555pj but rx 470 is not working. Why?
That motherboard doesn't look to support UEFI so that could be why. If your 380X is a none UEFI version that would explain why it works. GPU-z will say if the GPU supports UEFI or not (there are two types of UEFI, legacy + UEFI and just UEFI on its own)
This motherboard supports UEFI and I've activated it and reinstalled Windows 7 with UEFI boot. But still no luck.
I've placed the card (Sapphire Rx 470) in PCIe slot attached the monitor to the card, but I'm not getting any display.
Than I attaching the monitor directly to the motherboard by keeping the card in the PCIe slot, still no display.
If I remove the card, than only I get the display.
Sapphire R9 380x Nitro works fine in my computer, both in BIOS and UEFI modes.
Is there anything else I can try?
Can you try the RX 470 GPU in another motherboard maybe a friends or something?
