      Hola.

      Dropbox - error pantalla.jpg

¡Gracias!

      Hi.

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I have trouble making screenshots and use of certain applications using hardware acceleration my FirePro V4900.
The colors and graphics are totally distorted, making it impossible to work with images or recognize the screenshot.

This is an example of what happens:
      Dropbox - error pantalla.jpg

Windows 7 did not have this problem, all was well.
I've tried different versions of drivers, but it happens all the same fault. Only when I turn off a screen and work with a single monitor the problem is corrected.

Please, could someone help me? Thank you!

You would need to give more details please, your hardware system specs, and what applications are affected.

The screenshot problem affects all the programs (adobe photoshop, MS paint...).

In PS, i can use HW acceleration and seems to work OK, but in some cases (liquify filter, for example) it shows incomprensible screen (as screenshots) and are unusable until I disable HW acceleration in the photoshop menu.

              My system specs:

              • Windows 10 pro 64 bits
              • Adobe Photoshop cc 2015.5
              • AMD FX 8350
              • Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3
              • Shappire FirePro V4900 (Drivers 15.201.2401-151104a-296716C-Retail_End_User)
              • Dell U2713H (DP) + old CRT monitor (DVI)
              • 16Gb RAM
              • SSD Crucial 120Gb + SSD  Kingston 240GB + Hard Disks...

The problem is in 30 bits color mode (10 bits per channel). In 8 bits the problem disappears...

              Thanks in advance!
