After the Win 10 anniversary update, when ever the game loads it flickers back and forth to the desktop. This issue didn't happen before the update. I just updated to todays drivers and the issue still persists. In addition, when AMD optimized shaders are enabled, the GW2 gets some nasty stutters and freezes. The only way to stop it is to disable shaders for GW2 in the Crimson CC. I've tried a clean install of the drivers as well, but it doesn't work.

Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)

System Memory - 16 GB

CPU Type - AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor
