    16.8.1 certificate problem with Win10 build 14393.10 returns!  (The official Anniversary Win10 release)


      OK, this was all squared away in 16.7.3...why are we seeing it again?  The only workaround, aside from installing 16.7.3 again, is to turn off secure boot.  The 16.8.1 driver will not load with secure boot on.  Again, 16.7.3 installs & runs fine with secure boot on, so I'm dropping back to 16.7.3.
