Black screen after using AMD Clean Uninstall Utility

So a few days ago, I installed the newest drivers for my Radeon R9 and then, launched a game. What I've seen is that my FPS have badly dropped (from 170-200 FPS to 40 FPS).  I thought  that after rebooting the computer, the update would be completely installed but I was wrong: when I tried to open AMD Catalyst, an error message popped,  saying that no AMD products has been detected. So I watched a video on YouTube wich advised to use the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility, which I did. And then, after rebooting my PC again, complete black screen, I can't even see the Windows booting screen (so no access to the bios menu).

The problem is obviously from the drivers that were uninstalled from my computer, I checked the monitor and it's ok, I can even hear the sounds coming from the computer.

Can someone help me please ? I'm completely lost....
