Does this issue occur with other games, because that looks like a possible faulty GPU.
Can you try it in a different system to see if the same issue occurs?
Can you try using a different display connection from the GPU to your monitor in case the port has developed a fault?

There are other videos too, so I would have to say there is something specific to your machine. A bad display cable or interference from the power supply perhaps.
Is the GPU overclocked?

The vga is the Sapphire VaporX version, and its running on 1100Mhz. I have Corsair TX650 v2 power supply. GTA5 and F1 2015 working perfectly. Now I installed a non Crimson driver, the 15.7.1 catalyst, and with this its perfect. So all of the newer drivers has a bug, and the AMD cant solve the problem. I need to use a 1 year old driver to play NFS....nice.
Intersting,The 285/380 users have similar problem with driver crashes.
for me Crimson 16.3 is working just fine.
