Did you tried this one: current drive for win 10 ? When you use Windows 10 it would be the current one. After installation you can
config the software to receive beta-updates.
Further more it would be good if you tell us whats your problem is, in order to receive more specific help.
You cannot use drivers from AMD...you must use the drivers furnished by Microsoft. These are basic drivers so you can surf the web.

With laptop APU's you do not look for drivers for your discrete card. There is only one driver for both the IGP and the discrete card, You have a A6-3400 series APU for which there are no AMD drivers for Windows10....as stated above, use the drivers furnished by Microsoft.
Differences for the HD 6510G and HD 6530G no. Only the clock speed of the GPU. Perhaps the most modified driver to appear in the list of HD 6520G Adapter?

On the APU A4-3300M with AMD Radeon HD 6510G2 is Crimson Edition driver beta. The HD 6520G is not!
