I connected VGA card to my PC. It was detected by the driver installer, which was the latest that I downloaded from AMD website. After installing I did check Device Manager and the VGA card
was identified. When I started Radeon Settings it told me: Radeon Settings are currently not available. Please try again after connecting AMD graphics. But the fact was that VGA card was connected. The fan was running.
I tried clean reinstalling many times, using DDU and AMD latest drivers but it didn't help. I even reinstalled my Windows 7 and upgrading to Windows 10 but it still didn't work. I tried to switch Graphics but the BIOS didn't have that setting, even upgraded the latest version. The PSU is 1000W so it must not be the cause.
One small detail: My video card is Radeon R7 250. But it was identified as R9 M360. And I didn't use autodetect.
Please disable the integrated graphics in your Motherboard and set the R7 250 as the primary GPU. Once you have disabled the integrated GPU, please run DDU and then use Windows Update to allow it to install the AMD driver.
