Describe your issue:

I typically use multiple desktops using the Windows native desktop tool.

I often find that when I'm using the system that I see artifacts from other windows on the screen kind of bleed through but I believe in random locations.

This has been happening ever since I believe I went to Win10.  It has been happening a while & was never a huge concern.

I do not play games with my system.  I just use apps like CHrome & video editing.

Today things got a little more interesting.  I was doing some video editing & the output of the video file has those same artifacts in it.  This was a one out of 10 type situation.  I opened the file on my smart TV & I still see the artifacts in that video.

The screen shots I have supplied are a bit older but show the issue.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
