Hi - the other night i discovered i did not have the radeon tweaking software installed, so i went online and discovered the new 16.7.1 driver - and downloaded it all.

I tried to force some antialiasing ect settings on in WOT...didnt work...

Then i noticed my GPU was getting very hot compared to what it used to ...and fan is at 18% up til 60c celsios and only goes to 22% at 70c celsious  - before my card was never over 55-60c.

In GTA V my FPS have dropped from 55-60fps til 40-45fps

Most annoying is the fanissue - is there somehow the radeon have forced a silent profile or something like that .... i dont evem know if the fan will go higher could not stress the GPU to higher than 70c.

I really like to get rid of the useless radeon soft ( i have msi also) - I have tried deleting it and make a clean istall - with 15.3.1...same story

Why dont the fan kick in ??
