EULA question about unparking CPU in our code

Our game is a pretty big title, MMO shooter that target PC, PS4 and OboxOne.

In our list of min spec PC, the one that has a Zambezi FX-8120 gets obviously half of their CPU parked.

We discussed about ways to get rid of it and maybe playing with the registry key (0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583). But we needs admin right, app can crashed, etc.

Then we started to wonders, amongst others, about EULA.

How can we make sure that all core becomes unparked, while our game is running?

Side note: I would like to be included in the white list. I've post a few thread in the new comers sections already. Thanks!
