Color Temperature not available for HDMI monitors?

    krankypants

Ever since Crimson came out I appreciated the Color Temperature settings in the Display portion of the Radeon Settings. I have three monitors, one Display Port, one DVI, and the last HDMI. I can change the Color Temperature on displayport and DVI, but it's not showing for HDMI. In its place is HDMI Scaling.

As luck would have it the monitor on the HDMI port is the one that really needs 6500K color balance. So, does HDMI not get a Color Temperature slider or is the monitor attached to it preventing it? Thanks

As far as I am aware it isn't part of the HDMI features to support it.  Most TVs or monitors have the feature built in so have you checked the on screen display?

Also oddly some monitors can have colour info in their EDID depending on what connection is used (which they shouldn't really) The set pixel format can also change the colour temperature for some displays also.
