Both the same drivers so it doesn't really matter what it is called in the device manager. The cards BIOS denotes its settings not what it is called in the device manager. Some GPU manufacturers use the same ID as another card which is why this can happen since the AMD drivers have the most common IDs in them but not every possible combination. So it should be working as intended otherwise.
Your card manufacturer may offer drivers that have the correct name attached to the card in their driver INF file or a BIOS update to change the ID for the GPU so check with them.
