Updated my Radeon HD 8750M graphics card, now I can't run Dark Souls 1.

Yesterday was fine, played Dark Souls a bit, just beat a boss, wanted to progress a little more today. Then I get a notification that there's an update for my graphics card. I'd seen it a couple times before but I skipped it, so today I thought I'd let it update so I wouldn't worry about doing it later.

Big mistake.

Tried to run Dark Souls again, everything seemed fine until I loaded my save. The framerate was ridiculously bad, worse than it has ever been. So bad, that the game sent me to the title screen and said I had to play offline with such a bad framerate. I close the game and try to open up the Radeon settings from my desktop, and it won't open. All I want to do is play a game, and this update that I had been ignoring has screwed me over. Any help?
