So I have this Processor overclocked to 4,0 GHZ and my question is what is the highest temperature this CPU can work with?(Now its around 65 degrees)
Deneb processors carry a maximum operating temperature rating of 62°C.
Make sure that you are reading the internal core temp of the CPU via Core Temp, AIDA64, OCCT or HWiNFO. You definitely do NOT want to be running above 62C for reliable performance. Many people have found a need to stay below 55C on the older Phenom II CPUs for 100% stability. Any BSOD, re-boots or memory errors can be caused by an overheated CPU.
So should I go down with GHZ or buy more cooling?(Like i have 150 zloty its about 30-40 $)
Start with playing with the voltage and multiplier. If you sacrafice 100-200mhz for several hundredths in voltage, you'll never see the difference performance wise but it will lower that temperature.
There are many excellent CPU heatsink /fans (HSF) available for ~$30 which will cool your CPU quite well. the Coolermaster Hyper 212 HSFs are cost effective and very popular.
