R9 Fury Flickering in CSGO in Windows 10

    jokene

After upgrading from a previous build this issue become apparent . When launching or playing CSGO specifically , black and white horizontal bars appear on the screen. These bars appear randomly and make playing COGS very annoying. Turning V-sync on fixes the issue however the downside to this is the increased input lag which is not good for competitive play. Another fix is running the game in compatibility mode on Windows 8/7 , however there is a downgrade in performance when doing so. These white and black bars do not appear when playing other games such as GTA V, DOOM or even The Witcher 3 . Please help me fix this issue as it is really frustrating that my build has started doing this out of nowhere.

Attempt at fixing issue that have failed:

      Turning off XMP mode

      Reinstalling CSGO

      Reinstalling Windows

Reinstalling AMD Drivers (Uninstalled them completely using AMD clean tool)
