How do I enable 144hz on 8570 GPU over dual-link DVI?

My monitor is Acer GN246HL, which advertises 144hz refresh rate native. It only has HDMI, D-sub, and dual-link DVI, so I need to use dual-link DVI to get 144hz@1080p. AMD 8570 also has DL-DVI, so that's what I'm using. The problem is I am stuck at 60hz, I haven't found a single menu that offers 144hz, and ufotest.com confirms I am at 60hz.
