I have joined the AMD Forum after having no luck searching for an answer to a perplexing Catalyst Control Center problem I am experiencing. The issue is described further down the post, but firstly my system configuration.

I am a currency trader and run 8 monitors in various orientations and desktop configurations. I have been running 3 applications across 4 discreet desktops:
Desktop 1: 4 x LG 29UM65 2x2 configuration in landscape mode (Display Group 1), running
MetaTrader 4 v4.00 Build 971 (7 June 2016) (Trading platform - Currency charts only)
Desktop 2: AOC Q2963 in Portrait mode, running
MetaTrader 4 v4.00 Build 971 (7 June 2016) (Trading platform - Trade and data windows)
Desktop 3: 2 x BenQ E2400HD 1 x 2 configuration in Portrait mode (Display Group 3), running
MetaEditor v5.00 Build 1342 (01 June 2016) (Creating automated trading programs)
Desktop 4: BenQ M2700HD in Landscape mode, running
Microsoft Excel 2010 with Mexcel plug-in to retrieve and analyse live data from MetaTrader4
I am utilizing Catalyst Control Center to create Display Groups and Display Fusion Pro 7.3.4 to ensure each application and application window opens on the correct desktop. I also use DisplayFusion Pro to create display profiles so I can open only the desktops I require at any one time.
Until I updated to the latest version of Catalyst Control Center last week, I had 2 Eyefinity Display Groups (4 monitors labelled “1” as Eyefinity Display Group 1 and monitors labelled “3” & “4” as Eyefinity Display Group 3) and the additional 2 discreet monitors, as shown below, all able to run simultaneously.
After the update I can still have all 8 monitors displayed simultaneously, but it appears only 1 Eyefinity Display Group can be displayed at one time. Either Eyefinity Display Group, 1 with Eyefinity Display Group 3 split back into 2 discreet monitors or Eyefinity Display Group 3 with Eyefinity Display Group 1 split back into 4 discreet monitors as shown in the image below.
No matter what I try, I have not been able to get back to a point where I have the 2 Eyefinity Display Groups visible at the same time (4 monitors labelled “1” as Eyefinity Display Group 1 and monitors labelled “3” & “4” as Eyefinity Display Group 3).
In my previous version of CCC, when I had one or both Eyefinity Display Groups disabled, the “Re-Enable Eyefinity Display Group” option appeared in the CCC menu. When the option was selected, both Eyefinity Display Groups would appear as available and it was possible to have both displayed simultaneously.
Since updating to CCC Version 2015 0804.21.41908, if either Display Group is enabled, there is no “Re-Enable Eyefinity Display Group” option available to enable the other.
You have to disable the visible Display Group before the “Re-Enable Eyefinity Display Group” option reappears. It is then possible to select either Display Group to be active but not both.
As I mentioned earlier, the monitors labelled “3” & “4” are used for creating trading programs. These programs usually contain in excess of 3,000 lines of code. It is much easier to edit this code with monitors “3” & “4” as a discreet desktop.
Can anyone please help me get back to the configuration in which the 2 Display Groups (monitors “3” & “4” and the 4 monitors labelled “1) can be displayed simultaneously?
