I have two instances of Vulkan should I delete one of them?

I DL'd the new software package with Vulkan, but did not tick the box to download the "Package" at the top of the selection box. I did not get the AMD settings program due to this error. I installed everything again this time with the package as well and was given AMD and the Rapr gaming evolved software (with all the scores and bumph). The upshot is, I now have two versions of Vulkan installed and I don't know which to keep. The later version I would think but it doesn't show on the AMD Radeon GFX settings, only the earlier version does. Which version of Vulkan should I be running please, and will having two versions prove problematic when it comes to gaming performance (will one interfering with the other). I have uninstalled the earlier Vulkan version and the and Raptr programs but need to know what is best for the most effective performance as I only have an R9 270X.

Thanks for any assistance offered,
