    How to add info to a service request ticket?


      I opened a service request and filled in all my address, phone, the test results, model, serial number etc.and hit submit.  I have additional info like place and date of purchase, I assumed would be requested, but it was not.  The I get the eMail with the ticket number (8200693732) but no link to see or update status.  So, how is that done?
