InstallManagerApp.exe automatically starts every single time I log on.

It's located in, C:\Program Files\AMD\CIM\Bin64\

I can log out, log back in, and it starts up.

The result is that it wants to me to install the exact same drivers (came from radeon-crimson-16.3.2-win10-64bit.exe) additionally giving me the option to uninstall everything (Which gives me an empty list, "No components are currently installed" even though everything is already installed, I can open Radeon Settings, play games, the works) or toggle the automatic update option on/off.

In the task manager startup list is RadeonSettings, which exists, and works fine. No sign of install manager though.

Nothing in task scheduler.

Nothing in startup folders.

This is a fresh install, all Windows updates were completed before the AMD drivers were installed.

I've uninstalled the WHQL, tried the beta, same result. I've uninstalled the beta, and went back the WHQL version.

My system is stock, no overclocking or overvoltage whatsoever.
