I have the exact same issue. Never seen anything like it before.
GPU: Asus AMD R9 Fury (X2 Crossfire)
CPU: Intel i7.4790K
RAM: HyperX 2x8Gb
Operating System & Version: Win 10
GPU Drivers: 220.127.116.11
Tried reinstalling drivers, changing video settings from card controlled or game controlled, tried single card and crossfire, tried graphics settings at high, medium and low.

Just wait and see when new drivers has come out and install those and see what happens, other than that I don't know what to do.
Have you tried sewing together the polygon seams, Just kidding.
It is a little weird that it is always in the same matrix esque pattern though.
Thanks for the posts and screenshots, we'll investigate.

I fixed it. I used DDU to completely remove the old drivers in safe mode and reinstalled the new 18.104.22.168 drivers and it went away. Previously I had used the AMD tools to remove the drivers.
I dont know if I can link to external software here but the uninstaller I used was, again, DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)
This worked for me. Thanks
