    Display Driver AMD driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered


      The message in the title appears after sporadic black screen that crashes almost any game I'm in. It also crashes Radeon Settings. Rig information is below:

      GPU: GIGABYTE Radeon R9 280X GV-R928XOC-3GD REV2, 3 gigs VRAM

      CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K @ 3.50 GHz

      Motherboard: Fatal1ty Z97 Killer Intel LGA 1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard

      RAM: 16 gigs Crucial Ballistix Tactical

      PSU: Corsair CX750M

      Operating System & Version: Windows 10

      GPU Drivers: 16.5.1

      Background Applications: Typically Steam, Battle.net, Radeon Settings, though problem has occurred with Steam and Bnet closed.

      I've tried a clean reinstall of drivers to no avail. Any help would be appreciated
