Microstuttering/choppy games when above 60fps

Hello, i've been having this problem latetly and i dont know what is causing it. In every many game, when the frame rate goes above 60 the games feel choppy and not smooth at all. I notice they become more smooth as i get above 120fps, but anywhere below that and between 60 becomes choppy. I also notice that with vsync enabled the  stutter is gone and motion is more fluid again. I have these two videos that show the problem clearly,Overwatch Vsync off - YouTube and Overwatch Vsync On - YouTube .

I thought it could be a  monitor problem, but, for instance, i tried Unigine Heaven benchmark, and after lowering the graphics settings enough i could get above 60fps and it looked alright there, no stutter in any way.

My PC is:

CPU i5 4440

GPU: r7 360 2GB

RAM: Kingston 8GB DDR3-1600

Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-b85m-d3h

PSU:EVGA 500W 80+

Any input would be much appreciated.
