AMD Catalyst Control Center - Windows 10 64 Bit Download? Dual Graphics?

Where can I directly download Catalyst Control Center for Windows 10?  I was able to download Crimson 16.5 but am unable to locate Catalyst Control center.  I had it at one point under C:/AMD but I felt that installing it might be redundant so I did a driver wipe.

Auto detect does not allow me to download Catalyst Center.

Do I also need to install chipset drivers?

Should I also install AMD All in 1 driver from my Asrock A1 updater?

I had gotten so far as to have Crimson recognize I had both the onboard R7 and the R7 250 dGPU but the R7 250 showed as disabled.

I am unable to find the basic menu for Crimson that looks like CCC where I can select dual graphics...

Can someone explain the process for having up to date drivers and then enabling dual graphics on my system?
