I tried to update drivers millions of times with Catalyst 17.4.0.
And tried also this expand.exe Method.
I am still getting Blue screen because of: atikmpag.sys.
Please advise me?

I have AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series.
You are using the wrong drivers, more information here.
Try using Catalyst 15.11.1 Beta available here.

In this steps here I can't install Intel drivers ...
I tried to uninstall everything, and then install Intel and AMD Drivers, but it doesn't work.
Is there anything else I can do?

1. Install Windows.
2. Update Windows. This will take make restarts and subsequent checks of Windows Update. Install all critical, recommended and optional updates.
3. Install Crimson 16.2.1 or Catalyst 15.11.1 Beta.
4. Install other software and applications.
