    How to track my SOS ticket or RMA to know its resolution ?

      Hello,

      I opened a ticket for a defective processor (new one) that resulted in an accepted RMA.

      I sent by parcel (colissimo Suivi) , the new FX8370 processor ADM , there is one week.
      I like to know where is my "case" ... By what means can I have news?
