My PC is freezing during shut down/ closing a game  Please help ASAP !!

this has been happening several times for about a month (maybe after updating crimson to 16.15 version)

after i finish from playing games (fallout 4, MKX, DS, Gta, TES, LoL etc..) i shut down my pc and it freezes. i tried to shut it down while the games were still open, signing out, keeping the PC up for a long time then shutting it down. But it's still  freezing usually after like 2 secs of shutting down

I read plenty of articles and tried several solutions such as uninstalling and reinstalling crimson, ending tasks or removing apps but none seemed to work

i finally checked the event log and i found the error which has been repeated over and over and is timed with kernel power 142 & 41 events:
