16.4.1 seems to have broken Rise of the Tomb Raider DX12

Had no issues on 16.3.2, but this is what running Rise of the Tomb Raider in DX12 mode on my 7970 looks like after upgrading to 16.4.1 this morning. Walking through any sort of smoke/fog effects triggers a white out.

Uninstalled 16.4.1 and rolled back to 16.3.2 - no issues.
