Windows (7) won't detect my Fury X

About a Half a Year ago I bought a new custom built PC from maingear.

OS: Windows 7 Pro. 64 bit

Ram 16GB

Graphics Card: Fury X

CPU: 4 Core Intel i5 6500 3.20 G

Recently I was casually watching some youtube when my monitor suddenly black screened, I tried unplugging and replugging it/turning it on and off, but I then decided to shut off and restart my pc. That was when windows stopped detecting my graphics card, so im guessing it is not a hardware problem. Also as a side note when I booted Windows into safe mode it would detect the Fury X so im guessing it's a Windows issue.

Any help would well help a lot!
