R9 Crashing randomly when opening browser

So I can't find any info on here or Google for what's going on with my graphics card.. It's been happening for about a month or so now and it's getting very frustrating..

After playing a game for a little (Fallout 4, R6: Siege, etc..) and exiting the game back to desktop everything is fine, then I open up my browser (Firefox and/or Chrome doesn't matter which) my main display turns into the picture below and nothing fixes other than putting the PC to sleep and then waking it or rebooting. The secondary display is fine. It happens randomly on youtube, facebook, or netflix as well occastionaly but its less often than right after playing a game.

My card isn't that hot after gaming (Card is roughly 56-61C during games)

I am lost on what to do, I've tried different drivers, fresh windows install, and tweaks but nothing is helping..

I'm running;

Windows 10 64bit

Intel i5-4460 CPU

ASUS Z87-A Mobo

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8Gb x2 RAM

ASUS R9 270-DC2 Graphics Card

Corsair 600W Power
