Club3d display port to HDMI 2.0 scaling problems

I have a club3d Display port to HDMI 2.0 adapter and scaling is borked. If I run crossfire then turn off and start a new game it either wipes out my system info app(sometimes have to reinstall) or the game causes my system to reboot. To fix this when game starts right away I have to alt+ enter to prevent game from rebooting system after this all games work crrectly without me having to alt + enter again(until I mess with crossfire again). Also with 16.4.1 my club3d DP to HDMI 2.0 adapter is not detected on boot until pc is fully booted(not boot screen options for bios etc just black until windows login screen boots). Also when I choose scaling options such as fit to panel I get black bars on the side or sometims if I choose center black bars n all four corners so image is in a little box in center scaling is borked with these drivers and club3d apater.
