change resolution using Crimson on Windows 10 32bit and 4K TV

My brother has a Radeon HD 7750 running Crimson 16.3.2 on Windows 10 32bit. His PC is connected to a 65 inch 4K TV (LG). I cannot find where to change the screen resolution in the Radeon Crimson software (I had no problem finding this option in Catalyst). If I right click on the windows desktop I can change the resolution via Windows Settings, but only get 1920 * 1080 as a maximum resolution.

The HD 7750 should support 4096x2160 via HDMI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
