Eyefinity does not work in Eyefinity Certified Game

      As per this link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/recommended/eyefinity-software

Software listed on the website linked above is "certified" with AMD to work with Eyefinity.

I am having a problem where a game listed on this list does not have Eyefinity support. The game is Final Fantasy XIV, which is listed with Gold certification.

I have logged bug reports with Square Enix and with AMD with no response on correcting.

      System:

AMD HD7970 x 2 (symptoms remain with just one enabled rather than two); Drivers tested on every release for the last six months.

      i7-4790k @ stock

      16 GB DDR3 2400 MHZ RAM

      ASUS Hero VII Maximus

      3 x Asus ProArt monitors @ 1920 x 1080 each. 2 on Displayport; 1 on HDMI.

      Replicating Bug:

      1. Enable Eyefinity across three monitors; 5760 x 1080.

      2. Launch FFXIV in DX11 mode

      3. Enter FFXIV settings

      4. Note that highest resolution for the game is 1920 x 1080 and no Eyefinity option exists.

      5. Exit FFXIV

      6. Launch FFXIV in DX9 mode

      7. Enter FFXIV settings

      8. Note that highest resolution for the game is 1920 x 1080 and no Eyefinity option exists.

It is worth noting that at one point the Gold certification was accurate. It has not been working properly with Eyefinity for roughly 10 months.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you are able to provide.
