From a users perspective, a working preset and/or hotkey feature is a very usefull thing. With the shear amount of settings that we are able to do in our graphics cards, this feature should be screaming at the UI engineers, and should be at the top of the list of fixes.

I mean, do we really have to explain how important this is? Lets say im designing a supermarket, where customers have a lot of choices from lots of different products.Doesn't the solution:SHOPPING CART, just stare you right in the face here?

At this moment, switching a preset forces me to go through 7 different actions each time. This is not acceptable, it is a major pain in the a.., an thorougly ruins the user experience.

More frustration comes from the fact that when you install the drivers, a windows start menu gets created, with a folder called 'presets', wich still doesn't function.

The preset/hotkey problem was reported over 3 months ago. And still there is no progress. Will you please stop trying to get 3% extra performance out of some game that already runs a 120 FPS, and fix this first?
